Hello Richard,

I am having some issues with PLSQL. When I go to log in I get an error, it is pictured below. The second picture is the login that comes up when I click on the icon, which is slightly different than I am used to. This machine was recently fixed after hanging during an update to the BIOS and I am not sure if we checked the PLSQL after that fix. The laptop number is 20200293[Edit Inv].
