Hello, 

I am wondering if I can get some help with my laptop. I have a few issues. First, I get regular notifications that viruses have been found on my laptop and that I should click to update or get the viruses checked. I have been ignoring these, but would really like to either block them or update the laptop's protection.

Second, I should have Camtasia, but it does not seem to be on my laptop.

Third, I have a subscription to LIWC, but it will not open on my laptop, because it says that it "cannot be opened because Apple cannot check it for malicious software." 

Finally, my laptop is not connected to the printer on the first floor of the RWEC.

Would it be possible for me to either come in to UCS or meet someone from UCS in my office on Friday after 11:00?
