Looks like she is having trouble with windows 
explorer and uploading things. This might mean 
the drives or the cached images. I clear the 
cache, and told her to connect her drives through 
cisco. Also, it doesn't look like her updates are 
going through, it might need a reimage.

Hi Alicia,

I need some additional information regarding 
service request #77188

Description: Slow restart, shuts off randomly 

I'm Katherine with UCS, I saw that we've received a 
ticket about your computer. Would you be willing to 
stop by our office, so I can take a look at this 
problem in-person? If you need a loaner laptop to 
work on, we have apple laptops that can be loaned 
out while we work on the issues(no dell's). Let me 
know some preferred times and dates that work with 
you so we can meet.

    Good morning,

    I have a newer laptop and it is not well.

    Challenges occurring consistently over the past four week include:

    1. Super long time to restart to turn off and on...in fact now it has been restarting for about 20 minutes ( I am using my phone to email you since I can't use my laptop),

    2. Sometimes it won't turn off even with a hard shut down,

    3. Spinning most of the time when I try to access a desktop folder or my downloads or documents. A page open saying "Open" but then says "not responding" so I use the Task Manager feature yo close the program and retry but the same thing happens,

    4. Without warning the laptop shuts down every few days and seems to do this at night as well as every tab is gone and eventually a message appears when I connect to Google Chrome saying something like "tabs were closed do you want to reopen?"

    Please help me. 🙏

    It's still restarting...
