I need some additional information regarding service request #77226

Description: Switching computers and needs new one set up

My name is Moshe and I work with UCS. We've been working to resolve the issue with your computer/dock and we might have a solution but we would need to go  in and take a look at it. When would be a good time for us to stop by?

Email this user and ask when would be a good for 
us to stop by and try the fix we had for his 
dock. If it works, then he will need to purchase 
a USB-C cord for his dock. Right now, I just want 
to test and see if this is the issue.

This is still having issues. I did some testing and 
I think the problem is the USB-C cord isn't getting 
enough power.

I have it setup for him. Dell command update not 
working, so I put Dell assist, and it's 
downloading drivers to fix his driver issues. It 
could be that it has the wrong charger, mixed the 
dock charger vs. laptop charger.
