I need some additional information regarding

Description: new laptop 20200273[Edit Inv], 

I'm Katherine with UCS. I'm working on your new 
computer and it's nearly done. I just want to 
double-check if you will require additional 
software on your computer. We've installed our 
basic software like Adobe DC, Office Suite, VM 
Ware, Firefox, Chrome, etc. Let me know if you 
require more software. If not, send me a list of 
dates and times where I can drop off the laptop and 
dock, or you can pick it up at our office.
