will pick up his new stuff and drop off his old. 
I installed Camtasia on his new one and said that 
we need the old computer to unlicense the old 
software.

I need some additional information regarding

Description: GFA replacing 20150268[Edit Inv]

I'm Katherine with UCS. I've been working on your 
new GFA computer. It's almost ready to be 
delivered, but first I need to know if you require 
any additional software. We normally install the 
basic software package like Office 365, Adobe DC, 
Firefox, Chrome, VM ware, etc. Let me know if there 
is any special software. If you have any questions
