He will be coming in Thursday at 3:00PM or so. He 
will pick up his new stuff and drop off his old. 
I installed Camtasia on his new one and said that 
we need the old computer to unlicense the old 
software.

This is completely updated. I emailed and asked 
when he is available to do the change. I also asked 
about the software.

I'm Katherine with UCS. I've been working on your 
new GFA computer. It's almost ready to be 
delivered, but first I need to know if you require 
any additional software. We normally install the 
basic software package like Office 365, Adobe DC, 
Firefox, Chrome, VM ware, etc. Let me know if there 
is any special software. If you have any questions
