Hi Moshe,
Great!  Answers to your questions.  Hopefully this will make sense.
1.) They will both be work computers, but we will be using them at home for remote work for the time being.  
2.) Yes! Friday between 1-3 will work to drop them off.  Priscila should be working.  I give approval for a student worker to receive them.
3.) One computer will be switched out.  One of the new ones will replace #20160194[Edit Inv].  Then #20160194[Edit Inv] will replace #20130569[Edit Inv], which is currently in one of the student workstations.  Then #20130569[Edit Inv] will be PDR'd.  However, I am currently using #20160194[Edit Inv] for remote work at home.  So it won't be ready to switch out until I bring it back to campus (I'm not sure when that will be.)  So I think what would make the most sense for now is for you to just deliver the two new ones.  Then after I've brought #20160194[Edit Inv] back to campus, I can put in a service request to replace the student workstation with that one.
