Hi Katherine, 

That sounds good! I have contacted COE for the 
procedure of purchasing a SPSS license, hopefully 
I should know more soon. Maybe we can wait a few 
days, and schedule an appointment to take care of 
both laptops, at your convenience?

Hi Xiaopeng,

I need some additional information regarding 
service request #77312

Description: work laptop software updates

I would like to take a look at 20181389[Edit Inv] first 
because it has a potentially suspicious app that 
needs to be removed. I can also make sure its 
updated and it's prepared to be taken off-campus 
long term. As for 20170841[Edit Inv], we no longer have 
campus license of SPSS software. This will need 
to be purchased through your department next 
year. If you have questions about this you can 
contact our purchasing department at 
purchasing@wou.edu. For Mplus, I can take a look 
at the software and double check it's current and 
up-to-date. Let me know if you have any questions 
or feel free to contact our front office at 503-
838-8925.

Hello,

I will be on a sabbatical leave this fall, which involves travels. The laptop that I currently use usually needs data analysis software updates every summer, so I am sending the request to see if that can be taken care of before the end of the term.

Software: SPSS, Mplus

Also, another laptop (for work) seems to have some security issues, an app was installed a while ago, and it is very hard to remove, which can be a potential problem. Will need some help for that as well.
