Our Dance Conference room printer is still not 
responding to print jobs.  It states that the 
printer is in "error state".  I thought this 
service request was already processed, but it 
still doesn't seem to be working.I will be in 
my office OPE210 today until around 4:00,if 
it's possible to send someone over.

email from aug 9th: My request was with the WiFi connection to our printer in the OPE conference room. I’m not on campus this summer so I’m not sure if the problem has been resolved. I’ll follow up once we return for meetings and such.

Hello,
The printer in our Dance Conference Room, OPE 
206, seems to not be working all of a sudden.  
The message I get on my computer when I try to 
print is "Printer is in error state".  But the 
printer itself says "Ready".  Could we put in a 
work request to have it looked at to make sure 
it is connected to the network?  Our faculty is 
here at random times so Campus Security may 
need to help you gain access.  I've attached a 
picture of the equipment number.
