I need some additional information regarding service request #77325

Description: GFA replacing 20141205[Edit Inv]

We have all updates done, and your computer is ready to go. Do you need any additional or special software? Microsoft Office, Adobe, and other standard software are already installed. 

Additionally, are you the only person who needs admin rights?

Please let me know when a good time to meet to set you up with your system would be.
