We have all updates done, and your computer is ready to go. Do you need any additional or special software? Microsoft Office, Adobe, and other standard software are already installed. 

Are you the only one who needs admin rights for this computer?

Please let me know when a good time to meet to set you up with your system would be.

this order has been edited to reflect this is 
just replacing a departmental laptop.  She only 
needs the laptop and bag.  Please put the doc 
and monitor back into stock.  She changed her 
request to a ORDER #12451
