I need some additional information regarding service request #77376

Description: **Revisit in Sept**GFA Replacing 20141262[Edit Inv]

You emailed earlier to ask about a time to get your new computer/equipment set up. Unfortunately, I cannot meet you in the morning of Thursday, Sept. 16th. Is there another time that would work for you?

Additionally, are there any additional software you need installed on your computer? And will anyone besides you need admin rights?

Hi, 

I was contacted over the summer that my new Mac 
laptop computer was ready to be set up. I was 
not on campus over the summer, so we agreed 
that it could be done in the Fall. 

I will be on campus on Thursday Sept 16th - can 
I set up an appointment to have the technician 
meet me for this set up? The ideal time for me 
would be between 10am and noon. And where 
should I meet them? (My office is Todd 338, or 
I can meet at your office as well).

We have all updates done, and your computer is ready to go. Do you need any additional or special software? Microsoft Office, Adobe, and other standard software are already installed. 

Additionally, are you the only person who needs admin rights?

Please let me know when a good time to meet to set you up with your system would be.
