I need some additional information regarding service request #77394

Description: Computer blue screening

This is Moshe with UCS. I stopped by a few weeks ago to connect one of your laptops to the printer. I still have a service request that says you have a computer that is blue screening. Is this still an issue for you? Let me know at your earliest convenience and I could come take a look if needed.
