It was set to print directly, now setup to use the 
threesister print queue.

My printer was re-booted this morning (Paul and 
John) but it did not work.  I tried printing 
just now from Banner and from my computer #2020 
0230 and neither worked.

***UPDATE***

Ok now printing reports from Banner are working 
but still not from my computer
