notes--dell command up to date, windows update up to date, unable to reach adobe services, videos running fine, no office updates (as of last week) 

compared to my computer (20140486), doesn't have brave, google drive, google earth pro, intel
extra apps: cisco, dell free fall protection, intel graphics command center, maxxaudiopro by waves-speaker, maxxaudiopro, messaging, mobile plans, skype for business, thunderbolt control computer, windows 10 update assistant

opened almost all of the apps, none of them caused the stop code error/blue screen
