Computer eventually made it to log in screen and seemed to functioned. Recommended that user does not shutdown/restart and if problem happens, disconnect USB devices. If problem persists, we might have to reimage (including dynamo software). Recommended that they move their items to their H: drive.

Windows is stuck on black screen with spinning dots. Tried to boot into safe mode but not successful. Computer did start up properly at one point, but after a restart it was back to doing the same thing. I believe it had something to do with the Logitech wireless devices but even disconnected it still has the same issue
