UCS Help Desk, would you please send a tech on 
Thursday to pick up these damaged iMacs and 
deal with them as you will? Since these were 
damaged in shipping, we have only allowed 
further loans and returns of them to be  done 
in person.  I will be onsite Thursday and can 
direct you to them. 


UPS denied our damage claims for the two UCS 
loaner iMac All in Ones:
