I need some additional information regarding service request #77429

Description: No hard drive found on monitor. Wants tech to take a look. 

My name is Moshe with UCS. Are you available tomorrow afternoon for me to stop by and take a look and your computer and monitor to see why you are getting the "no hard drive found" message? Let me know.

Issue: Monitor is showing "no hard drive found" after connecting to old PC. 

User suspects that error may be occurring due to the PC being from 2013 and Monitor being from 2018. Needs tech to stop by and assess.
