My building manager said that we don't have a need for the printer anymore since it needed a new drum. So we are giving it back to UCS. Let me know if you need any other info. Thanks!

 It just needed a new drum I believe. I had told our building manager and she ordered a new printer. I don't think anything major was wrong with it, just needed a new drum.

Are you able to tell us any more about the printer we picked up from you today? What was the issue with it? There aren't any service requests documenting a problem in the system. Any information you could provide would be greatly appreciated.
