I have looked at this printer and got it to work. No more error messages and I let end user know.

 we were having trouble connecting her computer to the other printers in that building as well
 that printer has been difficult in the past and currently, it leaves black lines/smudges on the printed pages.

We do not put paper in the bypass. tray 2 and 3 
are full.  That's the error, says ready to 
print, we print, it shuts down or goes to 
"sleep mode", we turn it back on and it says 
fill bypass tray.

Hello,
  We are currently having issues with our 
printer in NPE.  The WOU# is 20130698[Edit Inv] and it is 
called THREESISTERS-ATH-Hallway.  It keeps 
saying Tray 1 (bypass) is empty.  We are not 
trying to print from tray 1, tray 2 & 3 are 
full.  I changed the setting to tray 2 and no 
luck.  We also turned it off and back on.  One 
thing printed but it went back to the same 
error message after.  Can someone please help 
with this?  Thanks.
