My Dell laptop camera has been glitching for 
the past several weeks. It will turn on and off 
(indicated by the light), and freeze and lag on 
Zoom meetings. I thought it may be a Zoom 
problem, but it freezes when just using the 
regular camera app as well. I also thought that 
at first it may be due to slow internet, but I 
have had no other problems with my connection, 
and the problem has persisted for several weeks 
now. 

I am working remotely, so anything I should try 
from home? I also could come by UCS if it would 
be better to just try and have someone work on 
it.
