Hi Joanie,

OK, I’d like to withdraw my purchase request then. Is that something you can do on my behalf, or should I just ask Ethan McMahan to reject the request? I don’t see an option to delete it directly from the website.

I’ve also CC’ed Lauryn on this email so she knows that I won’t need SPSS installed on my new computer. Lauryn, I had assumed the cost of installing SPSS on my computer would be $0 since I had the license installed on my old computer and thought that UCS would just use that license number to reactivate the program on my new computer. (Or perhaps use the university license.) But it seems that isn’t possible.

checked on spss, it sounds like she needs to purchase a new license for it. something about her last license being for a student account and something changing this year to make it so she can't use that anymore? emailed her to inform her of this

Thanks for reaching out! I put in a request for a computer replacement - is this for the new computer? Or my old/current computer? Either way, I need SPSS installed on my office computer by UCS. (All the other programs I think I can install myself from the web.)

I’m the only person who needs admin access.

We have all updates done, and your computer is ready to go. Do you need any additional or special software? Microsoft Office, Adobe, and other standard software are already installed. 

Additionally, are you the only person who needs admin rights?

Please let me know when a good time to meet to set you up with your system would be.
