computer seemed to be working fine. ran disk cleanup. still need to check a few things. 

it requires a temporary duo code to login with ucs admin (personal login does not work). ellis gave me one yesterday, but has not had time today.

My desktop computer number is 20171060[Edit Inv].

A Dell would be great. I will be working from 
home tomorrow and probably Thursday, but will 
be on campus Friday.

I use remote desktop to log into this computer 
when I am at home, so I’ll probably need to 
figure a different way to do all of that I am 
guessing.

Hello,

 

I am unable to download Word Documents or open 
certain Excel Spreadsheets at this time.

Seems like both are mentioning Disk Space being 
a possible reason.

 

My computer has been running extremely slow, 
and takes 30 mins to restart. I know I had 
previously mentioned that I may need a loaner 
while mine is being looked at while I am out of 
the office in August, but issues seem to be 
getting worse and I may need a loaner sooner 
than later.  ☹
