I need some additional information regarding service request #77505

Description: PC desk top need re imaging, sent from Bill

I am almost done imaging the computer. Who would you like me to give admin rights to? Also, do you need any additional software installed? Microsoft Office, Adobe, and other standard software are already on the computer.

john thinks the imaging is down. 

bringing a loaner, 20150516[Edit Inv], over to them for now. new hire starts on monday.

error during "applying dynamic drivers" step

a different computer received the same error message while reimaging. will ask john tomorrow about the image itself.

not sure why the priority changed from what lourdes set it as

trying to reimage the computer, receiving error code during process (maybe when trying to apply drivers??)

replacing the hd didn't help (though it is possible the replacement hd was not working)
