The mic used to work. It stopped working prior to COVID and then one of you fixed it so there should be an old ticket with that information. It hasn’t worked for nearly a year so I use my phone for the audio. However, with the new phone system coming I can no longer use this work around. I will be back in the office on Monday. Can we schedule a time for you to come by then?

Description: Mic on PC laptop doesn't work, used only for zoom.

I have a couple of questions for you. Has the mic worked in the past, and when did it stop working? Have you done anything out of the ordinary with the laptop recently? How have you tried to fix the issue?
