It is currently saying it's jammed but prior to that some coaches were only able to print through the bypass tray while others could print from any tray. Also, I just got a new computer and when the tech set it up she said that the downstairs printer/copier (in the main office) was nowhere to be found on the network but yet some coaches are able to print to it. Upstairs printer is THREESISTERS- ATH-Hallway (wou #20130698) it is down about once a week, is there any way we can get a new one or is there a replacement program like there are for the computers?
