Kept getting a "spss administrator privilege error". Resolved by running sudo + the program location in terminal. Licensed using authorization codes from the \\installs folder. See this video for details: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hvlo30UvfaQ

Hi Laura,

I need some additional information regarding service request #77539

Description: SPSS shows that it is expired when it actually is not. 

This is Moshe with UCS. AS Sam mentioned, you should still be licensed to use SPSS. You mentioned you are virtual, so if we could schedule a zoom meeting tomorrow in the morning, I could help you get reauthorized to use the software. Let me know if you will be available tomorrow.

The WOU# is 20181044[Edit Inv]. My availability is pretty 
good next week on Tuesday-Thursday between the 
hours of 8:30 and 4:30. I am still working from 
home so this will need to be investigated 
virtually.

I just checked in with Joanie to verify that 
your SPSS is still good till 2/2/22. I will 
need to create a service request ticket so one 
of our techs can take a look at this issue. I 
will need your WOU# of the device you are using 
and availability times. I will note those 
things in the ticket and a tech will reach out 
to you when they get the chance.

Hello,

I got SPSS 27 installed in February of this 
year and am getting a message that it expired 
on August 1st. I was under the impression it 
would be good for a year. Can you please help 
me get a new license so I can run some stats 
for a manuscript I am working on?
