switched the boot options and ran diagnostics. now the computer won't boot... took it back to the office. going to try placing the hd into a different optiplex 9020 to see if it's a hd issue or what

might need to reimage, but definitely need to be able to access hd beforehand...

noise has been the key indicator on the other three machines we purchased at that time. Except for the sound, the performance is fine. Is there a fix for that?

The Hard drive I think, yes it will be unlocked, and HWC 106. I have a lot of specialized programs (KeyWatcher, DS Contol Point, Remote Access) which will require some extra help getting those programs talking to the components again if we have to replace the hard drive. PS also the printers are a pain to re-install.

Description: See if internal parts of dell computer need to be replaced 

I am able to take a look at your computer if the issue is persisting. You could either bring it by the UCS office or I could come take a look at it. Which would you prefer, and what is your availability this week?

WOU 20150573[Edit Inv] I am in between 8 am and 4-6 pm. 
Any time is fine the HWC is open from 8:30 am 
to 7:00 pm. It is probably the same thing that 
Peter replaced on Andy's and Zach's computers 
too.
