Hi Jennie!

Thank you for figuring out this work laptop. Here is the info below:

1. V#0032778

2. I could not log in near the end of spring term. Tried rebooting and 
restarting many times. It also slowed down in performance when I 
could access my user account.

3. Yes, it's okay to wipe everything out. I already backed up all my 
files and work before I moved.

Description: Laptop running slow needs fixing, before mailing out of state

From what I understand, your computer is running slowly and needs to be fixed. Would you like me to reimage it? Doing so would wipe all user data from the computer and make it like new again. Please let me know if you would like me to do this or if you would prefer I try other steps first.
