Hi UCS Help Desk,

Could Jeannie's computer problem be the cable?  
It shuts down all the time, as in not 
connected, for every program and the zoom 
phone.

she came in, logged in fine

took it back to pp, same issue
paul checked ethernet/network, wasn't the problem

brought it back, will ask john to look at it.

having a windows update error, going to look at that more closely 

then just run a youtube video to see if it crashes at any point

though if it's the software youtube might not cause it to crash

--ask john what he knows about impulse

using impulse both times it crashed

v slow to reboot

her loaner is not working out for her, going to bring a laptop to her after lunch, she won't be there but talk to laura

slow to log in, worked for an hour, crashed, another 45 minutes to reboot and log back in
