Hi Lauryn!

I was able to get admin rights to the Todd Hall computer on Monday so I’m all set with that one! Thanks! No one will need admin access at this time. I share an office with an NTT professor who teaches online and does not need the computer. The new NTT professor is currently in Southern California. So, all that said, it’s just me for now! :)

I need some additional information regarding service request #77593

Description: GFA replacing 20141263[Edit Inv]

I believe Joanie Kinnaman spoke to you regarding this computer and the computer you requested for your new position. This ticket says the Todd Hall laptop is now the NTT faculty replacement. 

Given this, do you still need admin rights for the computer stationed in Todd Hall? Do you know if anyone else will need admin rights?

Due to a scheduling change, would it be possible for you to work with the Behavioral Sciences APA, Michelle Gallagher? I have reached out to her to confirm if she will be available during that time, though will likely not hear back until early tomorrow morning. She should be available, as she’s in the office until 4 pm. Otherwise, I might need to reschedule for a different day. I know I’ll be on campus again on September 14.

Your computer is imaged and ready to be delivered and set up. 

Do you need any specialty software installed? The computer already has Microsoft Office, Adobe, and other standard software. 

Will anyone else need admin rights besides you?

Please let me know when a good time would be to meet so we can set up your computer and equipment.
