Hi Lauryn,

I am not sure what this request is for.  When did you receive this?  I have been out of the office since the end of August, so I'm not sure if this was from an older request that I submitted or if someone else submitted one while I was away.  Let me know if you were able to resolve this or if you still need additional information.

Your computer is imaged and ready to be delivered and set up. 

Do you need any specialty software installed? The computer already has Microsoft Office, Adobe, and other standard software. 

Will anyone else need admin rights besides you?
