was in todd today and ran into michelle. she asked about her computer; it was slow, was reimaged, was brought back, still wasn't working, was brought back to ucs the same day. she has had a loaner for a monthish and was just checking in. it looks like the ticket was closed bc she got a new system. it'd prob still be good to take her tower back and get the loaner; it sounds like she still is using a tower in whatever she's doing

Called in, tried updating windows system, took for ever, then 2 monitors went black, and a while after, an error message"adobe creative cloud missing" occured.

She's going to work from home for the rest of day. Pls contact her tomorrow to work on re imaging.

Took 12 minutes to start the computer and almost an hour to get email opened up. Needs to be looked at.
