I have been having a lot of trouble with my 
computer recently. My outlook, word and adobe are 
frequently "not responding". When I restart my 
computer it often takes 20 minutes to reboot. 
Today, my computer gave a no internet connection 
message and took 3 tries to get it to restart; 
it's still rebooting after 10 minutes.

just called, her computer crashed, maybe gave her the no hd found screen

rebooted and is maybe working, she might bring it in this week, told her we could check out a loaner tower to her

she doesn't have anything she needs saved to the desktop

Dear UCS Help Desk,

Could I schedule someone to come out tomorrow 
to evaluate my computer’s performance?

My computer has been terribly slow of late and 
I get constant (Not Responding) notices in 
Outlook, Adobe, and sometimes Windows Explorer. 
When I restart my computer, it takes 15 minutes 
before it is back on line.
