Do you need any specialty software installed? The computer already has Microsoft Office, Adobe, and other standard software. 

Will anyone else need admin rights besides you?

Hi besties :) we are currently out of docs, so 
even after this laptop has been delivered DO 
NOT close this ticket until we have given this 
user a doc. If we close tickets and open new 
one's it makes it difficult for Joanie and I to 
keep track of things.
