okay, apparently the 2015 laptop was brought in; a new ticket was created instead of this one being updated. going to put the laptop away and wait for a couple days (for if there is an email response) before closing this ticket. 

not sure what to do with the monitor because it's new. if she really doesn't want it, i'll talk to joanie.

it looks like 20140383[Edit Inv] is an apple computer she is using at home. 

she has 20150429[Edit Inv], which is an apple laptop. 

i am emailing her back to say she can bring in the 2015 computer.

Hi Danielle,

We were just following up with you regarding a service request that we have for you.  (#77676)

Description: Oustanding GFA Return

We did a setup for you in September, and you decided to temporarily 
keep both the new and the old machine for the purpose of deciding 
which you wanted to use from that point onward. We do need your 
older system back. Please let me know when a good time would be 
for either you to bring in the system or for me to pick it up. 

Once your older computer is in our office, we will keep it untouched 
for two weeks in case you need to access it to remove a file, etc. you 
had previously forgotten about.
