Loaner 20161159[Edit Inv] actually was returned by gary dukes on 11/15, 
and went back out to a different user on 11/16 so that's why it was mia :)

talked to someone, let her know that we would like the loaner back (but doesn't have to be today if they can't return it today). she said they will probably return it today

did smc reset, pram/nvram reset, installed coconutbattery to look at battery health. 

seems to be fine. going to contact the user to let him know

on friday, oneil looked at the battery, which said it was "normal"

seems like the battery health is going down a bit, but not out of an ordinary range

Laptop battery is not lasting much more than a couple of hours, needs to be checked and needs a loaner.
