She called in and provided some more 
information: She is is still not able to print 
any pdfs from Acrobat Pro DC and yes she was 
and is logged into her WOU account. She is 
still unable to connect and print. 

Would like for a tech to stop by tmr 9/28/2021 
around 11-12pm or anytime after 3pm

Description: Cannot connect to printer and apps unexpectedly quit when trying to print 

Were you logged in to Acrobat Pro DC (with your WOU account) when you were trying to print the PDFs from it?

Hello Sam, 

I've figured out zoom video output and audio 
options. However, I still need some help with 
connecting my computer (20200873) to my printer 
(HP_LaserJet_ 2300_series). I am not able to 
print with my printer connected to CalDigit. 
Also, Acrobat Pro DC quit unexpectedly every 
time when I click to print a PDF doc.  

In addition, I need some training on navigating 
audio input and output when I close my laptop 
lid.

Thanks! It will be great if someone can come 
and help out next Tuesday, Sep 21st.
