I just noticed that I don't have the DS Control Point program.  I didn't think to ask for that one, but that gives me access to the security cameras in the WUC.  Is there a way for you to add that remotely for me?  I'm so sorry!  Everything else is working beautifully.

gave her a call. 

the hd appears to be the issue. john put a request in for a new hd; the computer is still under warranty. she doesn't have anything on the local desktop. 

the only thing that will be a potential problem is meeting matrix. we may need to delicense and/or uninstall it before we can install it on the new hd. but the computer is not functioning hardly at all (it took a half hour for the display screen to load), so we may need to call the company or something.

Hi there, 

I am hoping to follow up on this ticket.  I'm 
doing my best to be patient, but it really is 
complicated to not be able to use the program 
(meeting matrix) I need on a daily basis in my 
office.  I have to go sign-in to a computer at my 
student staff station and use it when other 
students aren't.  Could I please just get a time 
frame so I have an idea of how much longer or what 
the status is currently?

Loaner is setup. Meeting Matrix would not install. 
She has another way to use it for now. 

She would like someone to call with an update on 
her work machine.

Sarah,

We are very sorry we haven't gotten a chance to 
install the necessary software. We are working 
hard to get everyone's service requests done in 
a timely manner. We can still provide you with 
a loaner in the meantime if necessary but it 
will not have what you need. I have checked in 
with the person in charge of your software 
installation. We hope to get this done by the 
end of the week.

Hi there,

I sent my PC with Lauren last week, Thursday or 
Friday.  I wanted to see if there was an 
update?  Could I pick up a loaner with Meeting 
Matrix and Conference Programmer or have you 
had a chance to look at mine?  I'm really 
struggling to get my work done on our office 
laptop and student stations and starting next 
week, it may not be possible for me to use the 
student station any longer because there will 
be an influx of student staff that will also 
need to work out there.  

Thank you.  I know you have so much going on 
right now.  I'm trying to be mindful of that 
and patient.

Would it be possible to have someone come over 
and look at my PC at some point today?

Yesterday, it crashed and then since then, I 
was able to sign on once.  When I left 
yesterday I restarted the computer instead of 
just signing off and now it won't work.  It 
will turn on, and if I click on the chrome 
browser it will take 15 minutes to load and 
when I try to log in to portal, it will and 
then it crashes. I'm currently working on a 
student station.
