This one is weird? It's not a real computer, and 
it keeps directing him to download a driver off 
the internet

My kiosk computer ( 20150715[Edit Inv] ) has had an 
ongoing issue with printing. Every time I need 
to print a document, I have to add the printer 
before I'm able to print the document. This 
time however, it has asked me to download the 
driver for the Ricoh MP6055 copier and I 
believe that this is impossible for me to do as 
I am not an administrator on the system. Please 
advise.
