A piece of paper on the Hitachi StarBoard was 
causing the board to "think" it was being touched, 
and brought up the cursor. Once the paper was 
removed it did not happen anymore.

 "I have been using it for the last week. It is mostly working fine, but occasionally there is a second cursor that appears to behave completely independently of the cursor I am controlling. It brings up pop up menus (as if it were right-clicked) and sometimes has a point bubble underneath it. It is extremely distracting and appears to make the other cursor jumpy and hard to control."

"it has happened in about 60% of class sessions when I am using the computer, and it only happens intermittently during those times (it will happen for a few minutes, then stop, then happen again)."

She will be teaching in that classroom for Destination Western and will be using the computer tomorrow 9-11 and 2-4. She request that UCS not visit during those times or do anything else that will keep the computer offline during those times
