Can't find a contact number? The ext above doesn't 
work, and she doesn't appear in the contact list. 
I called one of the TRI numbers and left a 
message, hopefully they will be able to help us 
get in contact with her.

replaced fan. seems to be working. connects to internet via both wifi and ethernet. this issue may have been caused by ise. can walk her through steps to fix it.

pretty sure internet is fine, probably just user error. can examine more later. ethernet connection is fine. 

weird noise; hardware part failure. need to open it to determine which part is having issues.
