"My Mac laptop screen recently developed a 'static strip' running down the right side, making that part of the screen unreadable.
Is that something that you could remedy if I brought it in?
I've tried restarting it and unplugging the power supply (in case the cord was the source of the interference) and nothing seemed to help."
