new computer is in and ready to be delivered (SR 78224), so the user will just go from loaner -> new setup; no rush to fix this

We were wondering if this has been resolved for you or if we can still be of assistance with this.  If so, just let us know, we'll be happy to help. If you require a loaner computer, we'd be happy to arrange one for either pickup or delivery. For your reference and convenience, UCS is open from 8-12 & 1-5 Monday through Friday. :)

User reports that her device is a really slow 
computer, does not work well with zoom When 
zoom is running and makes other apps and 
programs crash. Everything is updated, zoom and 
device. But they continue to experience issues. 
Available 9/23, wants tech to call them and 
schedule a date and time.
