Kerlly emailed stating "that we still havent gotten our computer out front set up for students to use - it just needs access to the web so students can do their FAFSA - the one gentleman said oh to set up like a kiosks - that there was someone in the office that was working on setting them up.  It is not for our website, its so that students can go out to complete the FAFSA with no access to their Portal."

Last remaining issue on the ticket is regarding the possibility of a guest access account to be utilized by prospective students.

Also, don't call the VDI station 'their' computers or say they belong to financial aid?

20130267[Edit Inv] and 20130268[Edit Inv] are VDI stations in the Financial Aid lobby and are the aforementioned 
student computers that they were asking for guest access on.

They want to use 20130267[Edit Inv] for current WOU student access & paperwork - it's fully functional and today 
I connected it to the Lab-FinAid printer for that purpose.

20130268[Edit Inv] is the station they want to use for guest/generic access from prospective students - 
doesn't seem like it's possible ATM, and they have the computer out of service currently. 
Don't know if there's any issues or if they're just not using it currently, but whenever it is returned to use it also needs to be connected to the Lab-FinAid printer.

TL;DR:
- 20130267[Edit Inv] connected to Lab-FinAid Printer
- 20130268[Edit Inv] waiting to see if guest access is possible
- WEL140H printer request confirmed resolved
- 20171091[Edit Inv] still being worked on (TODO)
- Unused loaner 20141077[Edit Inv] needs to be picked up(TODO)
- Phone pickup not our area

Got a call from  jaskoskk@wou.edu asking about the 
computers and the printers in the lobby.  Apparently 
there was a miscommunication and they still need to 
be dealt with per the first memo on this ticket.

Called to follow up - Loaner 20141077[Edit Inv] still being used & 20171091[Edit Inv] being worked on. 
Seems like the printer they asked about in WEL140H is no longer a problem? Probably ask about the phone pickup(?) whenever 1091 is delivered.
Updating everything in inventory now to be accurate.

still running extremely and unacceptably slow. 
Is there anything else that can be done with 
it? Apparently, the loner computer was faster, 
which is from 2014. The loner computer is still 
here and ready to be picked up. THIS IS FOR

We have the following IT needs in the financial 
aid office.
20171091[Edit Inv], this computer was reimaged but is 
still running extremely and unacceptably slow. 
Is there anything else that can be done with 
it? Apparently, the loner computer was faster,

here and ready to be picked up.
The student computers in our lobby are not 
connecting for students to login. We need these 
working as we are trying to help students with 
their FAFSA applications but they can't login. 
The student computers need guest access. We 
will be assisting prospective WOU students with 
filing their FAFSA so they won't have a student 
ID to login with. If the guest access is 
already set up, please let me know how they 
should login.
We have a desktop printer in office WEL140H 
that we would like connected to the computer in 
that office. 
All of the office desktop phones are ready to 
be picked up
