Description: Monitor not working, no zoom to use because of that

We have a service request from 9/21. Are you still needing assistance with your monitor not displaying?

"My second monitor is not currently working. I 
get an error message that says "no DP signal 
from your device""


"I recently had my CPU replaced so I'm 
wondering if it has something to do with that? 
The light is coming on on the monitor but then 
I get the error message and the monitor goes 
into "power-saving mode".

 I currently don't have zoom functionality 
because the broken monitor has the webcam and 
microphone
