Hi Lauryn,
Tues. and Thurs. mornings before 11:30 are good for me, or after 2 pm on Mon. or Wed. 
I'm also free most of the day on Friday.

Is there a way my files from the old laptop can be migrated over to the new one, or should I be saving everything to the server before I meet with you to give you my old machine? 

Also, I have an old computer 'tower' and keyboard from who knows when in my office still, that I'd like to get rid of. Can I have someone from UCS come get that. The WOU serial number is so faded I can barely read it but I think it says "20031191[Edit Inv].

Hi Lauryn,
Thanks for getting back to me.

Is the whole Adobe Creative Suite still available to me? I do a fair amount with In Design, and Photoshop.
No, I don't need to have anyone else have administrator access but me.
I plan to use OBS, if you could instal that for me, as well.

p.s. I've been able to get by in the short term by hooking my defective macbook to a second monitor, so I won't be needing the loaner UCS offered me in the interim.

Your computer has been imaged and is ready to be delivered and set up. 

Do you need any specialty software installed? The computer already has Microsoft Office, Adobe, and other standard software. 

Will anyone else need admin rights besides you?
