Hi, thank you!

I think I just need standard software as long as Excel, Word, Power Point and some type of photo editing software is on there?  If not photo editing, I can still do that on my personal laptop. 
I will need someone to come install it, I'm not proficient in that sort of thing plus hooking it up to my printer and such!  
No one else will need admin rights, as long as I can get to the athletics server?

When can someone come install it?

I need some additional information regarding service request #77802

Description: IFC replacing 20141213[Edit Inv]

Your computer has been imaged and updated, and it is ready for delivery and setup. 

Do you need any specialty software? Standard software, such as MS Office and Adobe, are already installed. 

Will anyone other than you need admin rights?

Would you prefer to pick up your new laptop/monitor/dock, or would you rather a tech come and set it up for you? When would be a good time for this?
