I'm not sure how Qin Ma got added to this ticket, but I think it could have been a mistake that combined two tickets. The issue with Shondra Russell's computer is being handled on SR 78113.

Hi! We have a laptop (20160195) that had been 
replaced and we had stored. I'd like to 
repurpose it to a new workstation.  However, I 
can't get it to turn on.  Well, it does seem 
like it turns on for half a second but then 
shuts down. I've had it plugged in to the 
charger, but that hasn't worked.  Can we please 
we have it checked out?
