brought back to 007.

Loaner computer was restarted and fixed. original 
computer (20171072) was diagnosed and seems fine 
now. being reimaged in 007.

We called this morning and are now writing to try 
and get our UCS loaner computer fixed/replaced. 
When a student was trying to login Monday to the 
computer, her name popped up and it looked to be 
loading. After about 10 minutes the computer went 
black and the cursor was the only thing that could 
be seen. It looks to still be a black screen with 
only the cursor visible. We tried doing a hard 
restart where we turned it off and turned it back 
on and we saw no change.

We do use this computer for student orientations 
and as a resource to students however it isn't 
used by student workers.

We also have our computer over there that was 
taken a few weeks back that was said that the hard 
drive died? I was wondering if we could get an 
update on that one as well.
